Re: Hard shift selector from R to...
We'll be working at this 1991 LX project next after we finished installing the shocks, tire and wheel packages plus winch on the current Wrangler project. The car has been seating for years before brought to the local junk yard. Hope the trans will only need a new fluid.

Great some awesome 4th Gen Civic around here. My uncle might take one as the next project. He spotted him at the local junkyard. We'll just finish installing the parts from 4Wheelonline onto the Wrangler this week and then we'll take a closer look.

Re: 1988 Civic Sedan cigarette lighter - when is it power off?
"If you use another fuse socket to supply the cigar lighter you can overload the socket." My apologies, but I have a similar question as him. What are these other fuse sockets which I may use for the dash cam? Curious here as well what other fuse socket to use for dashcam other than the cigar socket.

Re: Advice
So did you purchased the car? Honda's are tough if well-maintained. It might be challenging when you need parts.

I wonder if there's really a specific online video for this conversion.

How's your hunting so far? I'll ask my buddy if his younger brother in Houston still got the 1991 EF Sedan he's been working for a year. I'll be coming over to help my friend install the brake pads and cooper tires on his Wrangler project. Will confirm if that's a manual.

Congrats! My buddy's uncle could be interested if he saw that early. We're helping him installing the bumper and skid plates from 4Wheelonline onto his Jeep when he mentioned about how he misses his 1989 Civic LX. He said it was one of the most fun car to drive he had.

Re: New Rims and Tires
Sounds like a great choice of tires. We'll be checking a 1991 Civic Sedan soon, running but needs some TLC and probably a new set of tires.
