Sorry for the late reply, I was on holiday.
Rust around the wheel arches and doors is what you're looking at on the body. Mechanically they're solid as can be.

A good question is that what sort of use will you want the tires for? Something for regular driving in the summer will have completely different requirements than a track car or a winter tire.

Timing is very conservative in these as stock. However the problem with that is that the ECU is also adjusting the timing. And turning the dizzy without using a jump wire on the right plug the ecu will counter any adjustments. In fact you're best off tuning it from the ECU but that requires modifyin...

It should have power even when the car is off. I would use the switched power from the radio. It'll do exactly what you need it to do, switch off when power is off.

Welcome :) Anything you need to know is probably here, and don't feel bad about asking. Timing will do something, spark plugs won't be that big of a decider. What you start with has some factor in it, but don't expect many ponies with just timing changes. Sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice yo...
