Here is some of my hatch...
New Pics added 6/16
This is my EF Hatch I bought to replace my 88dx of ten years that was stolen.  I lucked out and the idiots had the hood come up at speed and had to ditch the car. They still were able to get me for about $5000 in high end parts.  I had Full Coverage +$4000 in extra coverage so that took some of the sting out of the whole thing.  This car was freshly painted with a DuPont 2stage paint.  So I've been rebuilding a car that took me ten years to put together over the last 10months.  I still have a waise to go and a shed full of parts waiting to go on.  Let me see if I can sum it up....

sweet dude, welcome to the forum. i like the rear speaker set up, are they carbon fiber? I have a rear deck lid i'm going to install into my 90 civic std. I was probally just going to put woods plate wrapped in carpet on top of the 2 shelves, they came from a dx so theres no holes for speakers. Carbon fiber looks good though.

Thank You. Yeah, those did not have the holes either, but I cut them out and made thin wood plates first. I just completed the carbon fiber to top it off. I have a set of oem style speaker pods I used to use, but they stick up too high for my taste.

sweet, i didn't know you have the HKS exhaust, so do i 8) i love it, probally the cleanest exhaust made for our cars, i like hearing the engine rev instead of hearing a loud buzz coming from those ricer exhaust systems.
You've got a sweet ride

Yeah, My old HKS was still on the car when it was recovered, beleive it or not. It was fine until the crackhead guys at the wrecking/recovery yard went to retrieve my car when I came back to pick it up. The car had no wheels on it, and they decided it would be acceptable to push, pull, lift the car around with a fork lift. Needless to say, they destroyed my old HKS.
I had a heck of a time getting another one. I called Full Function in Newark Ca., as they are the closest HKS dealer/installers around. When I called them HKSUSA had one left in the states, but by the time I got paid it was gone. This one took six weeks from Japan. I beleive they are out of production. :?
Aside from the Mugen exhaust, that is next to impossible to locate AND like $1200... The HKS is "THE" system to have for an EF or DA in my humble opinion. I love the sleeper look, cops don't have a clue it's not stock. It's sleek and sexy and accents my hatch's butt nice. As far as the exhaust note goes, it's incredible. Deep, consistant, and throaty. It's quiet when you need to be on the down low.

Agreed  By far the best exhaust for an ef or da. Most people think they're out of production, but i recently ordered mine from NOPI, and i to had to wait about 6-8 weeks for delivery from Japan. WORTH THE WAIT!!! If anyone wants one, you'd better hurry up, cause maybe they are out of production, who knows :?
Another nice exhaust is the Tanabe Racing Madalion, i saw it on the EF in the new Honda Tuning mag.

i guess i could've paid more for shipping and got it sooner, but from Japan it took 6 weeks, probally could've been 2-4 weeks if i went straight to the source (which i should've done) but i went through NOPI (middleman) oh well, no complaints now that it's on my car :D

Hmmm.. I had to go through a HKS distributer, and that's just what they told me. Makes no difference to me now, unless I need to order another.

a sound clip will do it no justice, just imagine a really quite deep tone, i actually hear my intake more than the exhaust.
