After a staggering 8mo. wait.
--MY SUPERCHARGER IS DONE!!!
It should already be delivered, or by the end of the day...so says the tracking #.
www.TheHighSpeedLab.com has performed every rebuild/upgrade/thermal coating service they offered for the M45JR Blower.
Pics to come! Yay! :headbang:

and here are the pics of my now rebuilt and improved Jackson Racing M45JR Blower back from http://www.TheHighSpeedLab.com who, by the way, worked a Sweet Miracle on this unit.
This was an Ebay purchase of a used JRSC for the 94-97 Integra LS B18b1 non-vtec. It was presented as nearly new and perfect working order.
That was the furthest from the Truth, it was beat to death after a long hard life and then pretty'd up for ebay. I won half the auction cost back via ebay's dispute process.
The rotors were badly scratched and the rotor housing was scored and in bad shape as well. The rotors needed replacment but were no longer available from magnussen/moss/magnacharger.
The High Speed Lab specializes in SuperCharger rebuilding and offers a Rotor Coating Service to refinish them.
They also did an optional Thermal Barrier Coating on the rotor housing, some specialized machining, and upgraded the snout seal to a viton seal.
Here are the results...

The Lip is PasswordJDM's part, as well as the sideskirts.
We plan on releasing our mid-wing soon, but no lip from us... yet!

Here is just some of our pics from the HybridWorks Spring Meet in Vacaville, Ca. The rest of our 105 shots are on our FaceBook page.

That blue Mini is sweet! The B swap is pretty easy on those cars from what I've read, but the one piece front end that lifts up seems like it'd make things much easier. My mother just bought a 2012 Fiat 500c and that car is awsome, even though it's an Automatic, it's still a lot of fun to drive. I'm considering purchasing a Fiat 500 Abarth.
