If there is an app for android like touchBB for iphone, I'd be happy to make civic4g.com suitable for it :)

I'll check it out.
I'm also working on a new mobile version of the site so maybe that will be enough.
It will take some time before it is finished though.

Any news on this? I use tapatalk on daily basis and would be more than happy to add 4G to list:)

No doubt about that, but tapatalk makes reading forums so much easier :D Besides, its bandwidth-conservative as it loads only the posts (text/images) -> longer battery life.

Some forums I'm on have got a phpbb mobile possibility. It's ugly as hell but it's a possibility.

Tapatalk is how it's done, sir. I'm a nerd before I'm a gearhead (you can futz with electronics before receiving a driver's license) and I'm 99% certain that tapatalk is the best low-effort solution, and the best solution short of making a Tapatalk app like the XDA Developers app. But that's a phone nerd site so it makes sense that they'd have an android app.
I didn't see how to list location in a very limited exploration of the user control panel, so I live in Arkansas. Geographically it's in the southeastern United States.
