breaks my heart but also makes me happy to know that our cars can handle such beatings and still get you from point A to point B with little or no problems.

I have a parting out ef right now... 91 dx, So far I grabbed the door panels, rear handles, all the seats, shifter knob (cause mine has crappy aluminum one last owner put on) and a couple other things, guy already took a working seat belt for his own si :P. It had a frontal crash, pretty bad. Horn was half crushed but I got it for free tested it when I got hom and it worked :D

:D when you have to yell, "Dont close the door, ok...now" to your passengers so they dont slam the seatbelt in the door.

Always say no... or sometimes you know it's too late so you just try to hold a straight face even though you know exactly what is coming... a seatbelt jammed into the interior

I don't have that prob but always have to say to everyone "please don't slam the door"...people close them like my car was a suv or a van.

When someone jumps in your "compact car" and realizes the front interior isn't really one that screams compact.

When you go to the dealer and are actually proud to be there driving this 20 year old out of production car.
