I always wanted Borbet A's for my two-by-four.

My DD has Borbet H's for my winter tires.
IMO what weel works depends hugely n the car they're being put on.

There is a MK2 Golf in my neigborhood with Borbet type A's...looks so bad ass. I love 'em. Not a big fan of the type T's for some reason, maybe in a different color or finish.
I love the TH Schmidts, but those rims approach buy a sedan DD and build a track car out of the hatch prices :o

Funny thing about the sunflowers is a couple of years ago I remember them being the least popular oem wheel, everyone wanted either swirlies, meshies, fat fives or hamers or gsr's, in that order, and then the sunflowers.
Two or three years ago you could buy a pretty decent set for 100$ locally, but now it seems people are getting 300$ for a set with caps. ::)
My favorite oem rims are still the HX's

Those HX and meshies are so hard to find around here, while 99 si wheels, teggy blades and cl wheels are dime a dozen.

Just imagine these on a 4g, 16x9 +20 :o :

Saw the Supra yesterday outside work...looks even better in person. Rims are sick on it.

Talking about enkei, they seem to have realized there's a market for their old wheels so they are releasing again some of them, the newer one is the Apache 2. Looks great on the 4g.
