help me choose a color for this bike.

Post by deddth »

last saturday i wasn't able to sleep and at 1AM i started to build this bike:

a 1999-2000 powerlite blitz.

it's got a fit bike fork, sunday stem, gt micro-adjust seat post with a dyno viscount seat, primo tires, weimann double-wall rims, dia-compe 990s, 180mm profile cranks, diamond back 44T sprocket, 16T shimano mx-30 freewheel. dk grips, rl handlebar.

bike handles well, and it weights close to 27lbs.

nevertheless i hate that f*cking ass snot lime color.

i thought about painting it flat black. already done in another build.

options i'm thinking are: vw baby blue, gunmetal, royal blue, battleship gray.

i'd like to see your choice or any other suggestion in color.

one thing: both stem and fork will remain white.

the color also needs to tie this old school part as well. a 44T sugino chainsprocket in gold (far right):

1-2-3 go!

EDIT: disregard the white handlebar. it is black now.
yay.
