DIY blackhousing Headlights

Tools needed:
Oven
Black spray paint
Hondabond(or any kind of sealant)

First things first, take both headlights off and remove all the screws, those little rubber hoses, bulbs, basically anything that can come off, and the metal clips that surround the headlight(they just slide right off)

Pre heat your oven to 225 degrees-no more, no less.

Put ONE headlight in on a cookiesheet and place it in the oven for 10-12 minutes. check on them previously just incase!

After that take a butter knife or something flat to pry off the glass (or plastic) piece off the housing.

Next you will have to remove the little bracket that is held in by two little screws on the housing part of hte headlight.

After that tape off the back part of the housing cus you cant just paint the whole housing you gotta have reflection. After you taped that off take your black spray can and apply thin coats of paint little by little till covered and painted nicely.

Now your done! just put everything back together and use the sealant to keep it all sealed again!

Im going to do a write up here for projectors when I do them.
