Thanks! The car is slammed and stanced right now with a lot of negative camber. I live in ontario canada and the snow gets really bad here a few times a year so i plan on raising the coilovers a couple inches and getting snow tires and black steelies.

I dont know the exact specs of the camber but it looks to be about -6 in the back and around -4 in the front but i could be wrong. Is it okay to keep the camber as it is and raise the car a bit with snow tires?

Wow, i checked out the car. It was sweet! But theres no way i would be able to use it as a daily, almost fully gutted, and the rear quarter panels were a little rough and already fixed a few times. The owner was a great guy and understood that the cars not for everyone and is built for the track. If anyone in the southern ontario region is looking for an EF here one to check out.

I wouldn't mess with it for a daily driver either. I'm glad you passed up on it.

It sounded pretty hooked up though!

There are no other EF's for sale around me that arent completely rusted out. Im gonna have to look for an EG or EK, a few years newer so less rust and way easier to find.
Theres an EK with a B16a, bolt ons, i/h/e, strut bars and lowering springs.
And an EG with a stock D series with intake and exhaust, but everything else is done, coilovers, control arms, recaro seats, 4 wheel discs, camber kit etc etc etc.

But i think i really want a B swapped hatch and figure i can do the other stuff myself.

Btw all of these cars are aound the same price, ranges from $3700-4750. Is this a reasonable price for a modded Honda? They all seem like pretty good deals if theyre in decent shape.

No way that hatch you linked to has seen a minute of track time with that hellafail suspension...

Well, i bought a 97 Civic Cx hatch. Im picking it up next weekend. I probly wont be on these forums because i have the wrong car lol. The car has a b16a with an aem fuel rail, blox throttle body, p72 chipped ecu, short ram intake, megan racing headers, 5zegin 2.5" exhaust, no cat, REworks strut bar, unknown c-pillar bar, skunk 2 lowering springs, og axis rims and HID's. It's got a little bit of rust around the rear wheel wells, but underneath is spotless, the car is not hacked up at all as the owner is a mechanic at a honda dealer and he said he "tried to keep everything as oem as possible".

My plans for the car are: Beaks bar, rear LCA's, short shifter, spoon spoiler, the car came with some skunk2 low profile valve cover washers that i might put on. And i was thinking of picking up some rear quarters and fixing rust myself or having a body shop do it.

I drove the car around the block, but i was in a city ive never been in before, so the owner hopped in and took me to the highway where he took it up to like 10k rpm. Ive never owned a honda before let alone a modded one, is it okay to rev that high occasionally? What should i be redlining at?
I've also watched videos on the valve cover washers, it seems easy but is there any risk in taking off the valve cover? I dont wannna mess it up.
Sorry im still a noob

10k sounds a bit much. If slightly upgraded it can take it. Normally it's a good few thousand below that.
