Postby madhatter4119 » Sun Jul 03, 2016 9:54 pm

1988 Honda Civic DX 4 Door 1.5L Automatic Transmission...
Does the transmission have a replaceable filter or any inline filters that should be replaced...since I have no clue if and when the last time they were replaced...??? Any tranny info (tips/tricks) you care to share...Can't find much in the free manual download I have...Thanks

Civics don't have a replaceable filter, the best you could do would be to get the fluid drained and filled

In the Civic service manual check page 9-11 for fluid capacities and procedures for replacement.
