Intermittant Rear Window

Postby Suprawill1 » Thu Dec 01, 2016 11:49 pm

Hi All,
'89 LX.
Rear driver side window doesn't always work. Does this sound like a dead spot in the motor or a faulty relay?
When it doesn't work, neither the driver's or passenger's switch activate it.
Just trying to get some ideas because I can't make any tests. It's my sister's car and it's in another state. Apparently, in RI, it won't pass inspection without it.
Thanks for your thoughts.

I would check the motor first.

Thanks for your thoughts Sandman.
Is there also a regulator in this system? Could that or the relay cause intermittency or do they go up completely?
