Another difficult start situation
I've read the FAQ, been here for years and never experienced this with my baby. Turns over strong but won't start. That is unless I pump the accelerator frantically - once started it will restart quickly like a fuel injected car should. 2 days later same thing - pump frantically and she'll eventually start.
This seems to indicate loosing fuel pressure to me - but I want opinions. My daughter claims it has been using more fuel than usual but I don't smell fuel or see obvious signs of fuel leakage - but I suspect it. Where do I look? 280k on her now - all original. Tell me where to look fellers!

Re: Another difficult start situation
Hmmm I guess this forum is dead now. I swapped the main relay for my spare and she hasn't acted up since so I'm gonna say she's fixed. Now during the playing with it I found my radiator cracked (that's where my coolant is going), doh!!! Oh well that is a quick easy fix that will be done this weekend. Keep on rollin'
