Yes inner fender plastic covering thingy. I bought one just last winter to replace mine because my car didn't come with one, after water and salt/snow screwed up all my headlight wiring/light bulb sockets over the winter. Last summer someone hit a tire in front of me and went under my right tire nearly took my mudflaps off bending the body metal they were attached to but didn't realize my inner fender guard was gone till a month later... -_- So I need to get something in there so dirt and water isn't pouring into my lights and all over my cold air intake filter (I moved it under the hood now.)

This will be my second time buying one UHG, screw the honda oem screws!
