How to de-pin headlight plug
Hi 4Gers.
I have been unable to figure out how to de-pin the headlight plug.
By observing and wiggling the thing, I can tell it can be disassembled but
can't figure it out. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Cheers,

Re: How to de-pin headlight plug
I figured it out! It's not bad once you know the design.
In short, on the plug side(not the wire side) there is a central piece that must be removed before the terminals can be unlocked.
Place two very small flathead screwdrivers or maybe paperclips, large safety pins, etc. into the holes between
the female terminal holes. Then grab the inner plastic piece with needle nose pliers and pull it out.
Once this inner plastic piece is out simply place a small flathead screwdriver on the inner side of the terminal and gently push it outward laterally and toward the back of the plug and it will slide right out. If anyone wants specifics I'll be happy to help with pics or spoken description. Cheers!

Good that you figured it out. If you've got some information that would help others - please do post.
I have to admit I've not logged in when I get on the site so new posts have gone right by me. Sorry for the late reply.
