You checked the fuses on the dash fuse box, but did you check the fuses on the main fuse panel (the one on the engine bay)? Check them too.

Apart from that and the grounds the other option is to get a test light and start looking for the opening in the circuit.

Our cars with stock d series engines have 4 mounts, 3 of them (front, rear and right side) are on the transmission. In fact that's one of the things that make d series engine swaps so easy in our cars, most of the mounts are on the tranny.

Try to keep your foot out of the clutch pedal when you're not using it, that will burn it if you apply pressure and accelerate the car. In the future a nice upgrade would be a d16z6 engine, since yours is already a mpfi and has a good 5 speed trans. the z6 upgrade will be the easiest and less expens...

Most of these bulbs are not so different from the stock ones, the main difference is the gas mixture inside or the addition of salts to change the light output color. However if they are the same wattage as the stock one then it wouldn't be so noticeable the difference, plenty of people I know have ...
