gutting wiring for race car

I've gutted the car and want to get ride of all the extra wiring. How do I go about removing this? anyone have a proven process I would assume it is just cutting all the loom protection pulling all the wires and following them back to the fuse panel and removed the connection. I'm sure simply cuttin...

OBD1 and OBD0 injectors and injector wiring

I have a small problem. My injectors are OBD0 and my harness I had made is OBD1. I understand electrically this can work just the injector has a 2 small portions of plastic in the corners which will not allow the OBD1 connectors to slide on. I was thinking of using my dremel to remove this small amo...

Re: BMW bottle caps on my 91 Civic Lemons Racer

Bone head move on my part. All this concern about bottle cap BMW wheels fitting my civic. I did not have the Rotors or drums on the car so the wheel seated closer to the hub casing it to interfere. Once I put the rotor on and the rear drum the wheels seat correctly. Sorry and thanks to people who an...

Re: BMW bottle caps on my 91 Civic Lemons Racer

I realize no centering rings are available as the wheel is smaller than the hub. If it was larger you could do that.

My question is what has everyone else done? I see and hear of so many people running these on Honda's

Someone has to know?

Thanks again

BMW bottle caps on my 91 Civic Lemons Racer

Hey

I see lots of members running 14" BMW bottle cap wheels. 38 mm offset 4x100 bolt pattern but are they Hub centric?

when I put mine on my hubs are NOT seated all the way. I can take them to Wheel Specialist but they want $40 per wheel.

Maybe I'm wrong?

Any help would be appreciated

Re: WTB 88-91 Civic/CRX SI rear Sway Bar Assembly

got one thanks

still need rear lower control arms with sway bar connecting points for the 91 DX. I understand arms from 89, 90 or 91 will work as long as SI (88 was different style shock mount).

Also understand integra 94-2000 will work as they are the same and all had rear sway bars

Re: 94-01 teg what to pull?

Rear lower control arms have the conntection for a rear sway bar.

The DX Civic, CRX and Sedan do not have these so you cannot add a rear bar.

It would make sense to pull these as well.

Re: Rear Struts

remove the spring from the shock and push the rod in firmly. It should slowly slide in consistently. The 2 rubber top bushing don't normally wear out but they are cheap.

Also make sure the shock is not leaking but I think that is obvious

Good luck
