Bigger Tires

I want to get bigger tires for my '91 Honda Civic, at least a size bigger than my current P175/70R14 tire size. I am eyeing a new set of American Racing Wheels that I saw online. What size of tires and rims can I install on my Civic that won't cause any rubbing issues?
