In need of some advice...

Post by Kingz91EX »

It's been awhile since I been on...busy with the little ones home from school...
here we go last I posted it was about my babi acting like she was out of gas after a few minutes...well wasn't fuel filter or anything to do with the system...turns out I had to replace dizzy, rotor & cap...well since I've done that it seems like I loss power/rpm when I'm driving she gets up around 4-4.5 rpm then the needle starts to jump around any suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

thanks ahead of time...

Just the needle? Or is the engine acting up as well?

Check the dizzy wiring, is the dizzy new or used?

The dizzy is the a reman one from Advance so I hope they gave me the right one, when the needle starts to jump around she seems to hesitate some and seems to not want to give her all,

check which motor you have then see what dizzy goes with it and check on google for it, should be something like TD-22 or TD- 10 or yadda yadda. then if its the right on then you know its either bad or timing off or something, did you put the dizzy in right and not 180 degrees off?
