Tail lights and cluster lights!

my 89 civic wagon tail lights and gauge cluster lights are not working! i checked light bulbs and fuse and everything is good... can someone help me out???? its starting to get really dark her in alaska!!!

Could be a wiring issue.

any idea where too look and where too start?? what wires too check?

Did you check the bulbs in the cluster ? . Make sure everything is plugged in and check your grounds

You checked the fuses on the dash fuse box, but did you check the fuses on the main fuse panel (the one on the engine bay)? Check them too.

Apart from that and the grounds the other option is to get a test light and start looking for the opening in the circuit.
