Nothing more than seeing a few. But as a general question, any reason for looking at a 250cc bike?

Up there in Palmdale, probably just needs something to run down the street real quick... Plus, they're lightweight which is especially important to skinny little guys like myself...

I just want something extremely gas efficient and easy to maintain. I don't want to put too much miles on my Si. And after researching i think that the Honda rebel would be perfect for me.

It'll be cheap on gas even if it's slightly bigger.
How much exp. do you have on 2 wheels?

If you're going for new, then yeah. But if you're looking for used, the 650's will be about the same price since there are more of them out there and far more common.

Can you possibly give me a list of bikes that would fit my budget? I've seen the 87 yamaha genesis and I kinda like it but still leaning more towards the rebel. You said the 650's. is that the engine size or the name of the bike?

As I understood it, you've got little to no exp. on a motorcycle on the road. As I've been told, there's a motorcycle safety course system you can take in the US. I suggest you take it since there's more to riding a motorcycle than you'd think. Also, proper gear! It'll be your only protection if you end up in an accident!

I'd look at smaller/less powerfull bikes as a first ride.

Don't have one but I must say that the 2019 Honda Rebel is a beauty!

It is a great starter bike, but low-horsepower doesn't mask the weight. I have a feeling it will take a lot of practice to get comfortable on an even heavier and longer bike.
